CAREER

Biography published on the original EVI website.

I have been teaching yoga classes for more than 10 years, relaxation-stress control workshops and training for yoga instructors since 2018 at Apta vital sport Xàtiva, always teaching Viniyoga.

I started practicing yoga in 2004 although I had been interested in it for years.

I practiced yoga with different teachers, different yoga methods, until I found Asana Yoga in Guadalajara and Viniyoga. Here everything started to make sense, yoga started to make sense, my life changed.

I began my training with Santiago Cogolludo in Guadalajara and Claude Maréchal, director of Training. Since then I have maintained my path of training and transformation, always in the same direction, Viniyoga.

Going deeper into teaching has allowed me to begin to understand myself, know myself better, make changes, release patterns, face conflicts through learning, find peace, well-being and much more.

For me, the mat is a lifeline that I constantly turn to. Teaching sustains this practice and gives meaning to everything.

Yoga has given me so much that I am dedicated to accompanying people so they can travel this path of transformation and find that understanding and well-being.

Training:

• Advanced vocational qualification in Physical and Sports Activities (TAFAD).

• Yoga teacher training for 4 years with Santiago Cogolludo, directed by Claude Maréchal E.T.Y. Étude et Transmission du Yoga, more than 500 hours.

• Advanced teacher training, for three more years, with Ernesto Gil, Carlos Ciller and Ana María Gonzalez Chao, 260 hours, directed by Claude Maréchal.

• Yoga for children and families from Rainbow Kids Yoga, with Cayetana Rodenas, at Samsara Yoga Wellness.

• Yoga for Pregnant, Postpartum, Moms and Babies, led by Lorena Coutiño at Asana Yoga Guadalajara.

• Meditation with Lorena Coutiño, at Asana Yoga Guadalajara.

• Intensive training “The heart of yoga”, in-depth teaching, at the Krisnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, India.

• Formation of the Bhagavad Gita, with Claude Maréchal.

• Training in GDS Muscle Chains, with Claude Maréchal.

• Training in Anatomy for Yoga, with Julia Zatta.

• Training in Anatomy and Injuries, with Julia Zatta.

• Training in myofascial chains, with Fernando Queipo.

• Currently I continue training with my teacher Carmen Sánchez Segura, delving into the Bhagavad Gita and personal development, in the tradition of the school of TKV Desikachar, son of Krishnamacharya.

Since 2012 my entire training career has focused on Viniyoga, and it has enriched me to be able to train with several teachers from this school to whom I am deeply grateful for their teaching.
