2001-2009: Various sporadic classes.
2009-2012: Viniyoga teacher training with Carmen Sánchez, Claude Maréchal, Altea-Dénia.
2012-2015: Viniyoga Post-Training.
2014-2016: Bhagavad Gita Seminars with Claude Maréchal, Dénia.
2016-2018: Prenatal, Pregnancy and Postpartum and Viniyoga Training, with Carmen Sánchez, Altea.
2023: Bhagavad Gita, with Carmen Sánchez, Altea.
2010 and until now: Teaching Viniyoga classes. Group and individual. Retreat centers, rehabilitation, yoga centers, physical therapy and more.
I feel very grateful for having the knowledge that Viniyoga and Carmen Sánchez have transmitted to me. It is practical and profound. It helps me live with better quality and well-being with myself and the world.
