She began her training as a student of Cristina Sáez de Ynestrillas, obtaining her degree in 2002. She began Post-Training and for personal reasons she left her studies until obtaining her degree in 2022, at the Viniyoga Altea school, with Carmen Sánchez.
He has received training from Cristina Sáez de Ynestrillas, T.KV. Desikachar in India, Claude Maréchal in Spain and Belgium, and Carmen Sánchez Segura in Altea. Among some courses conducted are Meditation, Rajasia Yoga of Sri Nathamuni, Bhagavad Gita, Conception-childbirth-and-postpartum, and Female Perineum.
Currently she is still active training in different courses with her teacher Carmen Sánchez.
She has been teaching in public and private settings since 2002 and currently teaches at her centre, Anima de Cata.
